SHIJIAZHUANG, Dec. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- The administrative committee of Xiongan New Area has recently announced a three-year upgrade plan for education.

Meanwhile, the Xiongan New Area Education Development Incentive Fund will be established to invest in educational facilities, reward advanced educators and improve the welfare of rural teachers.

From 2018 to 2020, the Xiongan New Area will put emphasis on education work , increasing investment in education and deepening educational reform.

Within the next three years, they will strive to ensure that schools' infrastructure, information technology, equipment, books and devices all meet or exceed national standards.

The committee is also committed to ensuring that teachers at local schools are among the most competent and qualified in the province, while making sure that the schooling emphasizes students' independent and cooperative skills, as well as their personal growth.

Starting from 2018, outstanding university students will be annually recruited from all over the nation to join the local faculty.

At present, some local private enterprises and central enterprises have expressed their willingness to support the Xiongan New Area in establishing the Education Development Incentive Fund.
