What does "craftsman" refer to?

One of the explanations is that a craftsman adheres to the spirit of doing one thing in his life and devoting all his life to doing it well.

A bunch of stories are told about these blacksmiths,

Who devote their whole life to the world of hammering.

They work on their skills and strengthen their will,

While persisting in the long period of time.

Every one of them deserves to be remembered and respected.

The essence of craftsmanship,

Is the persistent "accuracy".

The rules of thousands of years won't change easily.

They never Jerry-build at each step of the process.
